What do you enjoy most about your role or working here?
The supportive team environment and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to projects. There’s a real sense of collaboration across the whole company, and people are always willing to share knowledge or lend a hand. I also appreciate the trust and autonomy I’m given in my role- it motivates me to do my best and grow professionally.
What projects or work are you most proud of?
I really enjoy being part of a company and department that are continuously developing and growing, especially in shaping and supporting the creation of effective processes and procedures. As well as the continual review of our practices to ensure the best customer experience, as well supporting all our engineers in the field.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Juggling various kids’ activities! In between that, we like do get out in the open space and countryside, be it a walk, run or camping.
