I’ve been at Jacksons for 2 years now – It’s been a fantastic year of growth, learning, and getting to know an incredible team of people.
What do you enjoy most about your role or working here?
What I enjoy most is the supportive and collaborative environment. Everyone is approachable and willing to help, which makes a real difference day to day. There’s a strong team spirit, and I appreciate the variety in the work — no two days are ever quite the same.
What projects or work are you most proud of?
I’m really proud of being part of the team that helped introduce our CRM system. It was a big change, but seeing it come to life and actually make things smoother for everyone was such a rewarding feeling.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
When I’m not working, I love cold water swimming —It’s equal parts peaceful and energising (once you get past the initial shock!).
